UV adhesive for electronic component BGA edgebonding
Loctite 190024 single component, UV curable adhesive is designed to improve reliability in electronic component BGA edgebonding applications. This flexible material is engineered to enhance the load bearing and shock absorbing properties of the bonded area.
Loctite 190024 is a medium viscosity, for bonding rigid and flexible PVC to polycarbonate. Has shown excellent adhesion to glass, many plastics, and most metals.
