For optimal bond strength: 1) Follow proper surface preparation, 2) Apply adhesive at recommended thickness (too thin or thick weakens bond), 3) Ensure parts are properly aligned and clamped during cure, 4) Allow complete cure time before stress testing, 5) Consider environmental factors (temperature, humidity) during curing.
