Senior Full-Stack Developer (Next.js / TypeScript)

Creative Engineering (CE) is looking for a talented Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team in building digital platforms that power Vietnam's leading B2B industrial solutions provider (e-commerce website, internal ERP, CRM, careers portal, and integrations with global partners such as Henkel, Tesa, Graco, 3M).

You will be involved in the full product lifecycle: from architecture design, backend/frontend development, CI/CD deployment, to performance and security monitoring in a production environment serving thousands of enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web products using Next.js 14, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui.
• Design high-performance REST/GraphQL APIs and integrate with third-party systems (VNPay, Resend, Cloudflare, S3, Meilisearch).
• Participate in database design, query optimization, and ensuring data integrity and scalability.
• Write unit tests (Vitest) and E2E tests (Playwright) with coverage ≥ 80%.
• Set up CI/CD on GitHub Actions, operate PM2 / Docker on Ubuntu servers.
• Code review, mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical documentation and coding standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers (Figma), and the Marketing team to take features from idea to production.

Required

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack web development with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficient in React, Next.js (App Router), Node.js; strong understanding of SSR / SSG / ISR.
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs (Prisma, TypeORM, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of HTTP, REST, OAuth 2.0, JWT, CORS, CSP, OWASP Top 10.
• Proficient with Git, GitHub Flow, and code review practices.
• Good technical English (reading documentation, writing PR descriptions).
• Product mindset with focus on UX, performance, and security.

Preferred

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, TanStack Query, Zod, react-hook-form.
• Experience with Docker, NGINX, PM2, GitHub Actions, Cloudflare, AWS / GCP.
• Experience building e-commerce, ERP, CRM, or multi-tenant SaaS systems.
• Open-source contributions or a personal technical blog / portfolio.
