Bước 1: Cấp keo từ thùng với Check-Mate 63:1 P63LCS

Manual 312376Y ghi Check-Mate "For pumping non-heated bulk supply of medium to high viscosity sealant and adhesive materials". Bảng mã: P là bộ bơm; 63 là tỷ lệ 63:1, motor NXT3400, bơm 100 cc; L là motor giảm ồn, không DataTrak; C là Carbon Steel; S là Severe Duty.

Tốc độ tối đa motor NXT 60 cpm. Manual yêu cầu van ngắt khí chính, van khí motor kiểu xả và van xả bơm: "A main air shut off valve (W), a bleed type air motor valve (AJ), and a pump bleed valve (P) are required."

Bước 2: Chuyển chất lỏng lưu lượng lớn với Husky 2150 DF4311

Manual 308368ZAZ gọi Husky 2150 là "2-inch AODD pump for fluid transfer applications": bơm màng khí nén cửa 2 inch. Bảng mã: D là bơm, F là motor khí nhôm, 4 là thân inox, 3 là đế "316 sst", 1 là bi PTFE, 1 là màng PTFE. Trang Graco của DF4311 ghi màng hai lớp PTFE/EPDM.

Dải áp khí 20 đến 120 psi; 1.03 gal (3.90 L) mỗi chu kỳ, tối đa 145 cpm; hút sâu 18 ft (5.48 m) khô hoặc ướt; cửa vào, ra 2” npt(f). Dải nhiệt lấy theo vật liệu tiếp xúc có dải hẹp hơn. Áp chất lỏng vào bơm không nên quá 25% áp đầu ra.

Bước 3: Định lượng hạt keo gia nhiệt với PCF PF2541

Manual 3A2098V mô tả PCF là hệ định lượng điều khiển điện tử, dòng liên tục "of up to four single-component sealants and adhesives through closed-loop technology". Bảng mã: PF là PCF; 2 là 16 Styles; 5 là bộ điều áp mastic gia nhiệt kèm đồng hồ lưu lượng gia nhiệt; 4 là PROFINET. Chữ số cuối "1" không có trong bảng mã của manual, cần hỏi CE xác nhận khi báo giá.

Bộ điều áp gia nhiệt hợp với keo "warm-melt and hot-melt". Độ nhớt 10,000 to 1,000,000 cps; liều tối thiểu 6 cc với đồng hồ gia nhiệt; khí cấp 60-120 psi; lọc chất lỏng tối thiểu 30 mesh (500 micron). Manual ghi lưu lượng, độ nhớt là ước tính; keo mới nên thử để chọn ống và thiết bị. PCF "Not for use in explosive atmospheres or hazardous locations."

Bước 4: Trộn hai thành phần 1:1 với Reactor E-10 AP9571

Manual 311075ZAF ghi E-10 "For spraying or dispensing 1:1 mix ratio materials, including epoxies, polyurethane foam, polyurea coatings, and joint fill materials." Vật liệu phải tự san phẳng và rót được. AP9571 là bản 240 V, 10 A, có gia nhiệt (Heated Package).

Mỗi chu kỳ 0.0133 lít (A và B). Bình chứa 7 gal (26.5 lít), không đổ quá vạch 5 gal (19 l). Điện 240 Vac, 3800 W, cần hai mạch riêng 10 A. E-10 "Not approved for use in European explosive atmosphere locations." Trang AP9571 chưa có ảnh thật nên bài không chèn ảnh.

• Chất lỏng áp cao (Check-Mate): "High-pressure fluid from gun, hose leaks, or ruptured components will pierce skin." "Get immediate surgical treatment."
• Xả áp (Check-Mate): "This equipment stays pressurized until pressure is manually relieved." Làm theo Pressure Relief Procedure khi dừng và trước khi lau, kiểm tra, sửa máy. Husky: "Shut off the air to the pump.", "Open the dispensing valve, if used.", "Open the fluid drain valve to relieve all fluid pressure, having a container ready to catch the drainage." Check-Mate: "Triggering the gun/valve to relieve pressure may not be sufficient."
• Nối đất (Check-Mate): "The equipment must be grounded to reduce the risk of static sparking." "Use only electrically conductive hoses."
• Giới hạn áp: "Do not exceed the maximum working pressure or temperature rating of the lowest rated system component."
• Husky: "Never move or lift a pump under pressure." và "If the diaphragm fails, the fluid is exhausted along with the air."
• PCF gia nhiệt: "Equipment surfaces and fluid that’s heated can become very hot during operation." Điện: "All electrical wiring must be done by a qualified electrician and comply with all local codes and regulations."

• SDS, TDS của keo: số thành phần, tỷ lệ trộn, độ nhớt, có gia nhiệt không.
• Keo cấp từ thùng, xô hay bình.
• Lượng keo mỗi chi tiết, nhịp dây chuyền.
• Tra tay hay robot, giao tiếp PLC.
• Nguồn khí, điện; khu vực có hơi dung môi dễ cháy không.

Check-Mate P63LCS có dùng cho keo gia nhiệt không?

Không. Manual 312376Y ghi "non-heated", chất lỏng tối đa 180° F (82.3° C). Keo gia nhiệt thì xem PCF.

Áp 6300 psi của P63LCS đạt ở điều kiện nào?

Bảng "Maximum Fluid Working Pressure and Flow Rate at Full Air Pressure (100 psi)" ghi 6300 psi ở khí vào 100 psi.

Husky 2150 DF4311 có bơm được chất lỏng có hạt không?

Manual ghi hạt rắn bơm được tối đa 1/4 in. (6.3 mm).

PCF tra được keo độ nhớt nào?

Manual ghi 10,000 to 1,000,000 cps với đồng hồ helical, là số ước tính.

Reactor E-10 dùng được keo epoxy không?

Được nếu tỷ lệ 1:1, tự san phẳng và rót được, theo manual 311075ZAF.
