Dán nhựa
Tờ DOWSIL 739 ghi tack-free 75 phút ở 25°C, UL 94 HB, dùng cố định linh kiện module nguồn và làm kín. Tờ chỉ in câu nhiệt chung: "-45 to 200°C (-49 to 392°F) for long periods of time", và ghi keo không hợp tiếp xúc dung môi liên tục.

Đổ khuôn hai thành phần
Tờ SYLGARD 170 ghi trộn 1:1, độ nhớt sau trộn 2135 cP, thao tác 15 phút ở 25°C; đóng rắn 24 giờ ở 25°C, 25 phút ở 70°C hoặc 10 phút ở 100°C; Shore A 47, UL 94 V-0. Mã đổ mạch khác: keo đổ mạch DOWSIL.

Bước 1: Đọc hệ đóng rắn
Keo acetoxy (732, 734) nhả axit khi đóng rắn. Gần đồng hay mạch điện, đọc tờ 748 hoặc 7094 trước.
Bước 2: Đọc độ sâu đóng rắn
Keo đóng rắn ẩm khô từ ngoài vào: sau 24 giờ, tờ 732 ghi sâu khoảng 3 mm, tờ 7091 và 7094 khoảng 2 mm.
Bước 3: Kiểm bề mặt khó bám
Tờ 732, 7091, 734 ghi PTFE, polyethylene, polypropylene thường không bám, và nêu primer 1200 OS.
An toàn
Các tờ ghi "READ PRODUCT AND SAFETY DATA SHEETS AND CONTAINER LABELS": đọc SDS đúng mã, dùng bảo hộ theo SDS. Tờ 1-2577 Low VOC ghi điểm chớp cháy 21°C. Các tờ ghi sản phẩm chưa được thử cho dùng y tế hay dược phẩm.

732 có ăn mòn kim loại không?
Tờ 732 ghi axit axetic nhả ra khi đóng rắn có thể gây ăn mòn một số kim loại, đặc biệt trong chỗ kín.
748 dùng gần mạch điện được không?
Tờ 748 ghi đóng rắn không tạo sản phẩm phụ ăn mòn, dùng được trên đồng và kim loại nhạy.
3-1944 HP có cần lò không?
Không. Tờ ghi đóng rắn ở nhiệt độ phòng, có thể tăng tốc bằng nhiệt nhẹ từ 60°C trở xuống.
TC-5625C dẫn nhiệt bao nhiêu?
Tờ TC-5625C ghi 2.7 W/m-K, trở nhiệt 0.09 °C·cm²/W ở 40 psi.
